I was just wondering if someone could give me some good advice on how I could take care of my red eyed tree frog better than I already am. I live in a high altitude, so keeping humidity in the tank is tough, but I manage. i just need some info on how to keep fresh air circulated, keep humidity in, etc… Thanx!
In addition to what eye biter told you, make use of live plants. If you keep the substrate moist enough, they will take up the water and transpire it through the leaves. This also provides climbing areas and hiding spots for your frog. Above tank lighting (I always used a full-spectrum incandescent) provides heat as well as light to help the plants grow.
