I wouldn’t want one in my house, though growing up my older brother always had slimy things in containers. They often got out, or maybe he lifted the lid too many times and they got out. lol They always ended up in my room, which is probably why I dislike snakes, turtles, frogs, salamanders etc. Hum….big brothers can be a pain.
I do love the colorful frog in your upper right corner, he’s very pretty and bright.
Rated you 5 by the way on your blog catalog thingy.

I used to have a pet green turtle. Its size was a bout 4 inches in length. I placed it in a 3×3 ft. terrarium. I focused more on the area where it can walked and I provide a space for the water. I usually feed it with food worms and occasionally dried small shrimp and insects.

My mom never allowed me to have a turtle, but my close cousin has. It is really amusing to watch it and the sound that it makes is really entertaining. What I usually do when I’m at their house I play with the turtle and wait for it to make that cute sound.

When I was a young child my parents bought me a couple of terrapins. I had no idea how to care for them and I didn’t know that they really needed a heat lamp. Their shells became very soft and they got very unhealthy before I found out what was needed. I’m glad you’re highlighting this and I hope no-one else makes the mistake I did.
