Please help! I dont know the best way to take care of my African Dwarf frog! I'll definatly have more than one!!
I have 4 African Dwarf Frogs. They are pretty easy to care for, I keep mine in my aquarium with about 8 fish. It's a 30 gallon aquarium. I have the regular filter & the bubbles for air. They eat freeze dried bloodworms, I just sprinkle them in the tank when I feed the fish. The fish also will eat them. I have the regular aquarium light is all. They are fun to watch, they are so klumsy & silly acting. They seem pretty dumb really. They sometimes will fight over food, nobody ever gets hurt. They will spend so much time guarding their food that its all gone by the time they try to eat finally. They are a lot of fun. Good Luck with yours.

It would probably be good to have a tank with an aerator/filter. I kept one in a small beta fish tank, and it didn't do that well. Died after a few months. I don't know if they have any special lighting needs. It seems like they are aggressive, so I don't think you should have more than one in a tank.

Wow, I haven't even heard of that, are they cute, one of my friends LOVES frogs, and always has trouble finding a vet that specializes in reptiles.
Look in your index, and even go state wide, They are harder to find, but there should be a reptile and exotic pet Vet around.
I hope you find one, cute little froggies,
What are their names and what the hell does an african dwarf frog look like, well more or less a dwarf frog?

Try having 1 food container for each frog and place their share of food
in them. Small scallop shells work great to put their food in.
P.S. Make sure you place the food containers in separate areas or one frog will guard them all. Hope it works for you.

Also it would probably be better if you separated the fish and the frogs for a while. At least till the frogs are older.
It works for my little African dwarf frogs.
