Does it need a tank, rocks? What do they eat? Fresh running water like an aquarium or still water?

Orange salamanders aren't usually kept as pets, their best on their own. They live under rocks and eat bugs they find in the ground. I need to stay wet, My father always told me that it's bad to touch them because it does something to their skin.
