coco fiber wont hurt him if ingested, the main reason its the best substrate for them..

they dont need both, one or the other is fine. I would reccomend a heat mat placed on the side of the cage for heating if needed..

Can someone please help me my pacman frog has compleatly buried itself in the coco fiber inside the tank. What should i do just keep it moist or move it and do they hibernate? Because if they do maybe thats what its doing.
